序言Preface

重庆，山水之城，美丽之都。总面积8.24万平方公里，山地占76%，长江横贯全境，流程691公里，全市森林覆盖率达到50.1%。辖38个区县(26区、8县、4自治县)，常住人口3124万人、城镇化率66.8%。

“Bayu” History

个人携带进出境的行李物品，应当以自用、合理数量为限，应当向海关如实申报，并接受海关查验。旅客携带拟留在中国境内的个人自用进境物品，总值在2000元人民币以内（含2000元）的，海关予以免税放行，单一品种限自用、合理数量，但烟草制品、酒精制品以及国家规定应当征税的20种商品等另按有关规定办理。超出人民币2000元的，海关仅对超出部分的个人自用进境物品征税，对不可分割的单件物品，全额征税。进出境物品的完税价格，由海关依法确定。每次可免税进境香烟400支或雪茄100支或烟丝500克，12度以上酒精饮料2瓶（l .5升以下）。

(1)用人单位为聘用外国人申请办理《外国人就业证》，首先须持以下文件到重庆市人力资源和社会保障局（以下简称市人力社保局）为外国人申请办理《外国人就业许可证书》：To apply for an "Employment Permit for Foreigners" for the employment of foreigners, the employer must first apply for an "Employment Permit for Foreigners" for foreigners at the Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) with the following documents:

3.就业许可的免办 Employment permit exemptions

免办外国人可免办就业许可和就业证的条件与所需资料：Conditions for foreigners who can be exempted from employment permits and employment cards and required files:

（八）婚姻及收养Marriage and Adoption（来源：涉外婚姻登记服务规范、重庆市民政局、中华人民共和国民法典、外国人收养子女登记办法）

重庆市民政局涉外婚姻登记机关为其中一方为重庆市户口的男女双方办理结婚、离婚登记，男女双方结婚、离婚必须自愿。结婚双方必须男性年满 22 周岁，女性年满 20周岁，均无配偶（未婚、离婚、丧偶），且双方没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系。Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau foreign-related marriage registration authorities offer marriage and divorce registration services for one of the men and women who are Chongqing City household. 2.离婚登记 Divorce Registration

离婚登记需提交的证件和材料：The following materials are required for divorce registration:

3.收养 Adoption

外国人可通过中国收养中心办理收养中国儿童的相关手续。收养人将以下证明和材料原件一份、复印件两份通过常住国政府批准的收养组织寄往中国收养中心。中国收养中心批准申请人的收养申请后，向收养人发出《来华收养子女通知书》，向重庆市民政厅发出《涉外送养通知》。

需提交的材料：

（九）宗教及其活动场所Religion and Places of Activity

外国人进入中国国境，可以携带本人自用的宗教印刷品、宗教音像制品和其他宗教用品；携带超出本人自用的宗教印刷品、宗教音像制品和其他宗教用品入境，按照中国海关的有关规定办理相关手续。禁止携带有危害中国社会公共利益内容的宗教印刷品和宗教音像制品入境。 Foreigners can bring their own self-use of religious printed materials, religious audio and video products and other religious supplies when entering China; if bring more than their own self-use of religious printed materials, religious audio and video products and other religious supplies into the country,foreigners should in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chinese customs for the relevant procedures. 根据国务院联防联控机制部署，本市启动在渝外籍人士新冠疫苗预约接种。自2021年4月15日起，本市根据“知情、自愿、自费、风险自担”原则，将在渝外籍人士中的适龄人群（18岁<年龄≤59岁）纳入国产疫苗（上市阶段）接种人群范围。Following the arrangement made by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, Chongqing has started COVID-19 vaccination for foreigners in Chongqing. Starting from 15 April 2021, foreigners in Chongqing (18<age≤59) can apply for the approved and domestically-developed COVID-19 vaccines on the basis of being well-informed, signing up voluntarily, self-funded and acknowledging possible risks/side effects related to being vaccinated.

本市目前使用的是国产新冠病毒疫苗。已参加我社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，享受与其他参保中国公民同等待遇。未参保的外籍人士，自费接种疫苗，费用为100元/剂（视疫苗种类不同打1-3剂）。具体接种方式如下：Chongqing currently uses domestically-developed COVID-19 vaccines. Foreigners who have already participated in the social security and medical insurance of Chongqing share the same treatment as other Chinese citizens, who can be vaccinated free of charge. For those who have not participated in the social security and medical insurance of Chongqing, they will be vaccinated at their own expense – the cost is RMB100 yuan per dose (a total of 1-3 doses may be required subject to different vaccines). 1. 接种流程 Vaccination Process

• 携带中华人民共和国永久居留身份证（或者护照及有效停居留证件），享受免费接种政策的需携带社会保障卡，做好个人防护，在预约指定时间前往指定医院外籍人士接种专窗。Please bring your permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China (or passport with a valid residence permit), and for those who are eligible to receive the vaccination free of charge, please also bring your social security card. Please ensure proper personal protection and go to the designated vaccination window at the designated hospital at the appointed time.

• 在接种前，按程序签署知情同意书、免责承诺书等，并主动告知健康状况。医院问询接种者健康状况并判断是否适合接种疫苗。以上条件达到后进行接种。Before vaccination, please follow the procedures to sign an informed consent form and a disclaimer and actively inform the health personnel of your health status. The hospital will ask about the health status of the vaccination recipient and determine whether they are suitable for vaccination. Vaccination will then be carried out after the above conditions are met.

• 接种后接受30分钟医学观察方可离开。After vaccination, please remain at the hospital for a 30-minute medical observation before leaving.

• 接种后14天内如有不良反应，请拨打相关医院涉外疫苗接种服务电话。If any adverse reactions appear within 14 days after vaccination, please call the foreign-related vaccination service hotline of the relevant hospitals.

• 疫苗接种完成后发放疫苗接种凭证。After vaccination is completed, a vaccination certificate will be issued.
