重庆旱情得到一定缓解 河流断流数由245条下降为184条

今年7月以来，重庆遭遇长江流域罕见的流域性干旱。据重庆市水利局9月9日发布消息，目前，受降雨影响，重庆旱情得到一定缓解。

截至目前，重庆每日受干旱影响涉及供水人口由降雨前8月28日的29.3万人下降为9月8日的8.2万人，土壤墒情由25个重度缺墒区县下降为15个重度缺墒区县，河流断流数由245条下降为184条，水库干涸数由97座下降为86座，全市水利工程实际蓄水量由21.09亿m3（占比56.44%）上升为21.92亿m3（占比58.65%）。

“但是旱情远未结束，秋旱冬干态势依然严峻，旱涝急转风险依然巨大，农村饮水安全保障形势仍不容乐观。”重庆市水利局相关负责人称，各水行政主管部门要坚持水旱灾害防御两手抓、两手硬，确保防洪度汛和农村饮水“双安全”。

重庆市水利局表示，在抗旱方面，重庆要做好受旱影响饮水人群的巡查监测，防止出现反弹。继续采取管网延伸、新辟水源、拉水送水等有效措施保障好群众的基本生活用水，对老弱病残孤幼等特殊群体，落实专人保障到位。

在保证防洪安全的前提下，重庆要充分利用每一轮降雨，通过“引提拦蓄调”等手段尽量多蓄水。

在水旱灾害防御方面，重庆要全面开展隐患排查整治，消除风险。对前期排查出来的和近期四川泸定地震影响造成的水库、水电站、堤防、供水设施等风险隐患，要及时制定整改方案，落实应急度汛措施。

同时，重庆还要加强与四川、贵州以及各区县之间的水雨工情共享，滚动开展会商研判，强化过境洪水和中小河流陡涨预测，打通山洪预警“最后一公里”，第一时间把预警信息传递到基层一线，传递到户、到人，及时发布水工程蓄泄预警信息，提前做好人员转移避险。
